Setting up Automated Assessment Payments
In order to set up automated assessment payments (monthly dues), a homeowner needs to complete an authorization form including the property address and a voided check. The form is attached below; the coupon book also has this form on the 3rd page.
Once completed, return the form to Kinney Management along with the voided check. This form can be returned by email, faxed to 480-820-2046, or mailed to:

The automatic withdrawal is taken on the 10th of every month. Only the assessment amount is withdrawn; there is no extra charge. If you have any questions, please contact community management.
Consistent with the budget attached below, the monthly assessment for 2021 increases from $41 to $42 per household per month.
