Thank you for visiting the web site for the Pecan Grove Estates II Homeowners’ Association (HOA). We are a community of 170 homes located in Tempe, Arizona.
The goal of this site is to facilitate timely and cost-effective communications between the HOA and homeowners. The intent is to share information about community projects and events, financial updates and communications from the HOA’s board of directors.
This site also serves as a portal where homeowners can get answers to common questions, download forms, or contact our community management company.

Spring 2024 A number of our Ash trees in our large greenbelt along Warner Road are suffering from Verticillium wilt which is not treatable. Seven (7) must be removed and one will be trimmed back as it still has a good portion with life. Where appropriate a couple of trees will be replaced with trees that are more suitable for our Arizona climate and others that are located in crowded areas will not be replaced.
