2024 Board & Annual Meeting Dates
The following are the board and annual meeting dates for 2024:
- March 12, 2024 at 645pm
- April 23, 2024 (Annual) at 645pm
Meetings are usually scheduled at 6:45PM on these dates at the offices of Kinney Management Services (KMS). KMS is located just north of Guadalupe and Rural; i.e.:
6303 S. Rural Rd.
Tempe, Arizona 85283
Homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings. If you have an agenda item for discussion, please contact KMS at least 10 days before the meeting. If you are unable to contact KMS beforehand, there is also some open discussion time in each board meeting.
