Architecture, Landscape or Paint Color Changes
As an PGE II HOA homeowner or renter, you should be aware of the PGE II CC& R’s and Architectural Rules and Guidelines if your planning on making any change to the exterior appearance of your home or yard. To request a change, a PGE II HOA MODIFICATION APPROVAL REQUEST FORM (see below) must be submitted to our HOA’s community manager and approved by the Architecture Committee prior to any work being performed.
Proactive communications between homeowners and our management company is encouraged. In addition, homeowners are encouraged to attend PGE II board meetings.
Approved Paint Colors
The list of approved paint colors is on file with Dunn Edwards. In particular, the list of approved color schemes is as follows:
There is also a paint color book on file with our community management company. If you’d like to review this book in person, please contact our community manager to coordinate a review of the color schemes.
Before painting your house, the process with the HOA is to submit an architectural submittal form (see above) along with the color scheme you intend to use; for this, the scheme’s number and/or PDF downloaded from the link above will suffice. Please feel free to our community management company with any further questions on this process.
